The Band Perry will reunite for a homecoming show to help with ongoing Hurricane Helene relief, the sibling trio announced on Monday morning (December 2).

Kimberly Perry, Reid Perry and Kimberly’s husband, Johnny Costello, shared information about The Band Perry: A Homecoming on Instagram. The third member of the trio, Neil Perry, who got married earlier this year, appears to be continuing his solo endeavors, per the announcement:

“When home needs help, that’s when family comes together. I am so grateful to announce that we are getting the band back together to raise money to help Hurricane Helene relief. The Band Perry: A Homecoming on January 25th, 2025 will be an evening benefitting AIDNET of Greene County. …As we return for this show, we are pleased to announce the addition of our newest family member, Johnny Costello, on mando and guitar. We wish Neil the most success on his solo journey.”

Kimberly, who released her own solo EP and extended edition last year, added that she’s written “every song that’s important to me in these mountains,” including the trio’s 2010 hit, “If I Die Young.” Kimberly said that song “wouldn’t have come to life anywhere else. I’m convinced of it. …Come on out for the family reunion!”

The Band Perry announced in a statement in early 2023 that they “have decided to take a creative break as a group and each focus on our individual creative pursuits. During this season we will continue to support each other as artists and family in all we do. Thank you for making our childhood dreams come true!”

Tickets will be available to the general public beginning on Friday (December 6) at 10 a.m. local time.
